Badge license

The Founding 20 badge is licensed to you under Section 12.13(c) of the Billity AI Commission Schedule. The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, and is granted solely to identify you as a Founding 20 Partner on your owned marketing channels. The license terminates when your Partner Affiliate Program Agreement terminates or when your Founding 20 status is revoked. You must remove all badge displays within thirty (30) days following termination.
